1. What SkinsMaster is

SkinsMaster is Windows desktop software that helps Counter-Strike 2 players manage their own trading of in-game items on third-party marketplaces. It can bid on items, list and reprice items, and record purchases, sales and profit. You pay for access to the software. SkinsMaster does not buy or sell items itself, hold your funds, or offer gambling, betting or investment products.

2. Your account

• You must be at least 18 years old to use SkinsMaster.
• Keep your login details private. You're responsible for everything done with your account.
• Give accurate information when you sign up and when you pay.

3. Third-party accounts and marketplaces

SkinsMaster works with your own Steam account and your own accounts on marketplaces such as CSGOEmpire, MarketCSGO and DMarket. You are responsible for following their terms, for the API keys you add, and for every trade made through your accounts. SkinsMaster is not affiliated with Valve, Steam or any marketplace, and isn't responsible for their availability, fees, rules, trade holds or decisions about your accounts.

4. No guarantee of profit

Item prices change, and Steam trade holds mean items often can't be sold for several days after purchase. Any profit figures SkinsMaster shows are estimates based on prices at the time. SkinsMaster does not guarantee any profit, and nothing in the software or on this website is financial advice. You decide how the software trades, including your profit target and whether to trade at all.

5. Plans and payments

• Paid plans give access for 30 days from payment. They do not renew automatically.
• Plan prices are shown in US dollars. Bank and card payments are charged in South African rand at the day's exchange rate. Crypto payments are charged in US dollars.
• Payments are processed by Paystack (bank and card) and NOWPayments (crypto). We never see or store your card details.
• Each plan has a weekly spending limit on CSGOEmpire purchases, shown on the plans page.
• We may change plan prices or limits. Changes never affect a period you've already paid for.
• Refunds are covered by our Refund Policy.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• copy, resell, share or reverse-engineer the software, or get around plan limits;
• use SkinsMaster for fraud, money laundering or anything unlawful;
• interfere with SkinsMaster's systems or other users' accounts.

We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms.

7. Availability and changes

We work to keep SkinsMaster running, but it may be interrupted by updates, outages or changes on marketplaces and Steam. We may add, change or remove features, and may pause automated trading for everyone if a marketplace changes in a way that makes it unsafe.

8. Liability

To the extent the law allows, SkinsMaster is provided "as is", and we aren't liable for trading losses, lost profits, marketplace or Steam actions, or indirect losses. Our total liability to you is limited to what you paid us in the 3 months before the claim. Nothing here limits rights you have under the Consumer Protection Act or other laws that can't be excluded.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa.
